During a crucial action sequence for Sree Ayyappan, shot deep inside the Madathara forest, the team experienced something they still describe as a real miracle. While filming a fight scene between the negative character group and the lead, the crew noticed that on one side of the forest there was heavy, continuous rain, but on their exact shooting spot there was not a single drop.​

They later had to shift to the other side of the location, and the unit jokingly predicted that the rain would “follow the schedule” and clear out exactly when they reached there. That is exactly what happened: the downpour stopped as they moved, allowing the shoot to continue smoothly, while rain then started on the side they had just left.​

For the cast and crew, this was not just a weather coincidence but one of many moments that made them feel Ayyappan’s presence and protection with them throughout the production. This short clip captures one of several such experiences they say happened repeatedly during the making of the film.
