Following the massive success of the legal victory against the Censor Board, the Haal team celebrated with this energetic musical address to the fans. Niyas Backer, a key cast member of the film, performed a hilarious parody of the classic “Ellarum Chollanu” to build anticipation for the December 25th theatrical release.

Directed by Veeraa and produced under the JVJ Productions banner, Haal is a “socially relevant” romantic drama featuring Shane Nigam in the role of a contemporary rapper. The film has garnered significant national attention due to its bold narrative involving interfaith relationships and its successful challenge of 16 recommended cuts by the CBFC in the Kerala High Court.
