The iconic song “Confusion Theerkaname” was created in just 24 hours! In this exclusive clip from the Summer in Bethlehem 4K Re-release press meet, Music Director Vidyasagar shares the unbelievable story behind one of Malayalam cinema’s most energetic tracks.

The Story Behind the Song: Vidyasagar reveals that he had originally composed a different track for the film. However, at the very last minute—just before the climax shoot—the team called him demanding a song with more “Usiru” (energy) and life. The catch? They needed it by the next morning!

Despite a busy schedule, Vidyasagar took up the challenge on one condition: Legend Gireesh Puthenchery had to write the lyrics. With the orchestra ready at 7:00 AM, the duo started with the hook “Shambho Shiva Shambho”, and by evening, the entire track—composing, vocals, and mixing—was finished and shipped to the set.
