In a comprehensive press briefing, the film’s distribution representative clarified the technical reasons behind the initial screen count adjustments, revealing that 93 screens were reallocated to accommodate the global release of the Hollywood blockbuster Avatar: Fire and Ash. Despite this reduction in screens and a concerted “review bombing” campaign on digital platforms, the Dileep-starrer has maintained exceptional theatrical momentum, with an 8th-day collection in Kerala surpassing 8 crore.

The distributor provided a deep dive into the film’s record-breaking trajectory, noting that 17,000 tickets were sold in the first hour of booking, with the 24-hour total on BookMyShow reaching a staggering 1,77,000 tickets.
